What are the shipping charges for your items?

All items are shipped free worldwide.


What is the shipping service that you use?

All items will be shipped through Registered Air Mail.Registered mail requires signature on delivery so please ensure that there is someone to receive the pack on your address of delivery.
Registered Air Mail are parcels that are manually recorded through postal networks and are issued Registry numbers. Only the addressee is authorized to access and claim the package which makes it safe from theft and loss.

What is your handling time?

All our items are available "Ex stock/Existing Stock". It means that we already have the merchandise goods available in stock and it is therefore ready for immediate dispatch to you with no lead time other than delivery.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after cleared payment is received.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Post Office Holidays.
Please note that Paypal eChecks take 5-7 business days to clear.

How long will it take for my item to arrive once I have paid for it?

We ship as soon as funds have cleared. You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. Worldwide shipping can take up to 15-21 days to arrive. However, we can't accept responsibility in the case of delays caused by the Postal Service.


Express shipping

Express shipping with online tracking and delivery confirmation (delivery within 5-7 days) is available on request. Please contact us with the item number for quotes to your location.


Where is my Tracking Number?

Online Tracking is available only if you have purchased Express Shipping by paying additional charges. All other international shipments cannot be tracked once they leave India.


We can only ship to the PayPal supplied address, please ensure this is correct before payment. We are not responsible for wrong,incomplete or undeliverable address.



We can't offer a warranty expressed,implied or written pertaining to our product. At this time, all orders are final. We take extra care inspecting international orders to ensure correct shipment.


I have ordered the wrong size. Can I return the item and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you purchase an item that is not the correct size for you so be sure you know the length, size and diameter of the bracelet, necklace or earrings that is best for you before buying. (It's important to read all of the information provided in the description before using checkout.) It is up to the buyers discretion to decide whether the item meets his/her requirements.

We try our best to describe all the items accurately. If you have any extra questions ask them before you make any payments.


What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your item after 21 days, please contact us we will contact our local Post Office to check on shipment status. Post office will send investigation case to the destination of the packet and should get reply in about 2 weeks. If you still haven't received your item 2 weeks after the investigation we will refund you in full.


What is your Unclaimed Parcels Policy?

All buyers are responsible to be present at time of delivery. In the event the package is returned, unclaimed or refused by the buyer,the buyer will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee of the product price in addition to the loss of the shipping & handling fees. If the buyer wants the item to be reshipped,buyer is responsible for re-sending additional postage fees for us to re-package and re-send the order.


What if there's a problem with my order?

Should you really not be happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so that we may sort out a suitable resolution that works out to your satisfaction. Please email us with the following details: your order number, a brief description of your concern and how do you expect to resolve the issue.You will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours.


What is your Return Policy?

Please contact us within 3 days upon your receipt of the item(s). A refund of your payments after deducting the shipping charges will be rendered in the event that the item(s) is significantly not as described.The refund will be rendered once the item(s) has been sent back to us in its original,unused and resalable condition.Buyer will be responsible for sending us the item back at his own cost within 14 days of receipt of the order .


Duties and Taxes

Import duties,Custom Duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.Only actual item cost will be declared for customs.Declaring a false value for customs is illegal.
